How to Manage Billing and Plans
This guide helps Skill Studio AI admins access billing details, monitor usage, and manage subscriptions across Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Use it to view plans, update payments, track limits, or upgrade for more features.
Before You Start
Skill Studio AI account with admin access.
Logged-in session in the Skill Studio AI dashboard.
Current plan details: Starter, Pro, or Enterprise with known limits on courses, learners, and storage.
Credit card or preferred payment method ready for updates.
Contact information for sales team if pursuing Enterprise plan.
Steps
Navigate to Billing Settings — Click Settings in the main dashboard navigation, then select Billing to access your plan overview, usage metrics, and payment history.
Review Current Plan Details — View your active tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise), including features, storage quotas, course limits, and learner capacity to confirm alignment with needs.
Monitor Usage Against Limits — Check real-time stats for course count, active learners, and storage consumption to identify if you're approaching or exceeding plan thresholds.
Update Payment Methods — In the Billing section, select Payment Methods, add or edit credit card details, and save changes to ensure seamless renewals.
View and Download Invoices — Scroll to Payment History, select relevant invoices, and download PDF copies for records or accounting purposes.
Upgrade or Downgrade Plan — From the plan overview, choose Upgrade/Downgrade, select a new tier (e.g., from Starter to Pro), review pricing changes, and confirm to apply immediately.
Contact Sales for Enterprise — If needing custom features like SSO or dedicated support, click the Enterprise option and submit your request via the contact form for personalized pricing and setup.
