Magda started Skill Studio AI after seeing how slow and manual compliance training had become. Every regulatory update triggered weeks of work. Her platform removes that friction by monitoring regulatory changes and turning them into ready-to-deploy training content automatically—delivered as video modules with AI avatars, in minutes rather than months.

She is a Web Summit Semi-Finalist and a Finovate scholarship holder, reflecting early recognition for her work in reshaping compliance training with AI.

Based in Dublin, Magda focuses on helping banks stay compliant without slowing down the business. Her work centres on making regulatory training faster, simpler, and easier to scale across teams and regions.
