How to Manage Learner Enrollments in Skill Studio AI

This guide walks you through managing learner enrollments from the Customers page or course settings. After completing it, you'll be able to add, remove, and track access to your training content efficiently.

Step 1 of 10

Navigate to the Customers page.

Access the main hub for learner management where you can view all users, their enrollment status, and perform bulk actions. This centralizes control over who accesses your training courses.

Step 2 of 10

Click the Enroll button next to a learner's name.

Select a specific course from the dropdown to grant access manually by email. If the learner lacks an account, an invitation email is sent automatically for quick onboarding.

Step 3 of 10

Enter the learner's email address and confirm enrollment.

This adds the learner individually with immediate access if they have an account, or triggers an invite otherwise. It ensures precise control for targeted training assignments.

Step 4 of 10

Select the Upload CSV option for bulk enrollment.

Prepare a CSV file with learner emails and course IDs to enroll multiple users at once. This saves time for large-scale onboarding in compliance-heavy environments.

Upload your CSV file and map columns.

Match columns like email and course to import data accurately, then process the upload. Bulk actions streamline access for teams across geographies.

Open a specific course and go to its Settings tab.

From individual course settings, manage enrollments directly tied to that content. This is ideal for course-specific access adjustments.

Click Remove next to a learner to revoke access.

This instantly revokes enrollment when access is no longer needed, updating status and stopping further tracking. Use it for compliance with policy changes.

Toggle on Auto-Enrollment in course or cohort settings.

Set rules to automatically enroll new organization members or users matching criteria like role or location. It keeps training current without manual intervention.
