This guide walks you through creating your Skill Studio AI instructor account, verifying your identity, and accessing the platform to create your first training course. After completing these steps, you'll be ready to start building interactive, AI-powered training content.

Step 1 of 4

Navigate to Skill Studio AI and click Sign Up

Go to the Skill Studio AI website and locate the "Start Free Trial" or "Sign Up" button. This takes you to the account creation page where you'll begin the onboarding process.

Enter your business email and complete profile information

Enter your business email address (personal emails like Gmail are not supported). Fill in your name, company details, and marketing preferences. Accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. Your organization will be automatically created based on your email domain, allowing team members with matching domains to join seamlessly.

Verify your email using the OTP code

Check your business email inbox for a one-time password (OTP) sent by Skill Studio AI. Enter this code in the verification field to confirm your email address. This security step ensures only authorized users can access your instructor account.

Create your password and complete signup

Set a secure password for your instructor account. Once you submit, you'll be automatically logged in and routed to an onboarding carousel that guides you through creating your first course. Your account is now active with full instructor permissions to create and edit courses, manage learners, and view analytics.

Your instructor account is now active. The platform will guide you through creating your first course, and you can start building interactive training content immediately. You can also invite team members from the Team page—they'll automatically join your organization if they use the same email domain.
