This guide walks you through importing presentations and videos from external platforms like Gamma, Canva, Google Slides, Loom, YouTube, and more into Skill Studio AI. After completing these steps, you'll have interactive modules seamlessly integrated into your training course with previews and customization options.

Click Create New in the dashboard.

This opens the course creation menu where you can start building new training content. Skill Studio's dashboard centralizes all course-building tools for quick access.

Select Embed or URL from the creation options.

This option lets you import content directly from supported platforms without manual uploads. It supports Gamma presentations, Canva designs, Google Slides, Notion pages, Loom videos, YouTube, Vimeo, and any embed-code providers.

Copy the full sharing or embed URL from your external platform.

Go to your Gamma, Canva, Google Slides, or other tool, generate a public sharing link or embed code, and copy it. This ensures Skill Studio can access and detect the content type automatically.

Paste the URL or embed code into the input field.

Skill Studio automatically recognizes the platform and prepares the embed for your course. Pasting the full link simplifies integration without needing custom HTML.

Preview the embedded content on screen.

Review how the content appears in the course player to ensure it displays correctly. This step catches any formatting issues before finalizing.

Save the embed to add it as a course module.

The external content now becomes a fully integrated module in your Skill Studio course. You can rearrange it or add native screens around it for better flow.

Add Skill Studio screens before and after for quizzes or intros.

Enhance engagement by bookending the embed with interactive elements like quizzes or avatars. Note that external embeds have limited tracking; use native screens for full SCORM compliance.
