Generate AI Images for Your Courses

10 steps

What You'll Accomplish

This guide walks you through creating custom AI-generated images directly in Skill Studio AI's course editor. After completing it, you'll be able to produce tailored visuals for your training courses using simple text prompts.

1

Step 1 of 10

Open your course editor in Skill Studio AI.

Navigate to the course where you want to add visuals. The editor provides seamless access to AI tools, allowing you to enhance content without leaving the platform.

2

Step 2 of 10

Click the "Add Image" button in the editor toolbar.

This opens image insertion options tailored for courses. It positions your new visual exactly where needed in the lesson flow.

3

Step 3 of 10

Select "Generate with AI" from the image options menu.

This launches the AI image generator integrated into Skill Studio AI. It uses advanced models to turn your descriptions into course-ready visuals instantly.

4

Step 4 of 10

Enter a detailed text prompt describing your image.

Describe the subject, style, colors, mood, and details like "a photorealistic diagram of a compliance flowchart in blue tones." Specific prompts yield higher-quality, relevant results for your training.

5

Step 5 of 10

Choose a style from the dropdown: Photorealistic, Digital Art, Illustration, Diagram, or Icon.

Styles define the visual tone—e.g., Photorealistic for realistic scenarios or Diagram for procedural visuals. Matching style to course content makes images more engaging and professional.

6

Step 6 of 10

Adjust generation options like aspect ratio or number of variations.

Set parameters for output size or generate 4-8 variations at once. This lets you pick the best fit efficiently without multiple generations.

7

Step 7 of 10

Click "Generate" to create the images.

AI processes your prompt using diffusion models for high-quality results. Wait a few seconds to see variations appear in the editor.

8

Step 8 of 10

Review variations and select or regenerate the best one.

Preview options side-by-side; tweak the prompt and hit regenerate for refinements. This iterative process ensures the image perfectly matches your course vision.

9

Step 9 of 10

Crop, resize, or edit the selected image in the editor.

Use built-in tools to fine-tune placement and size. This integrates the image seamlessly into your avatar-led course layout.

10

Step 10 of 10

Save the image to your organization's image library and add tags.

Tag for topics like "compliance" or "onboarding" for easy reuse. This builds a reusable library across all your courses and teams.

You're all set!

Your custom AI-generated image is now live in the course and saved for future use. Preview the lesson, then publish to share with learners across languages and platforms.
