How to Share Courses in Skill Studio AI

This guide shows how to distribute your AI-generated training courses via links, embeds, or bulk methods. Use it to share onboarding, compliance, or upskilling content with teams, external learners, or LMS platforms.

Before You Start

  • A Skill Studio AI account with at least one published course.

  • Access to the course dashboard or library view.

  • Learner email lists or cohort groups for bulk sharing (if applicable).

  • Analytics dashboard access to track shares and completions.

  • Target website or LMS details for embed codes.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your course — Locate the course card in your Skill Studio AI library or dashboard, then click the menu icon (three dots) or enter course settings.

2. Access sharing options — Select "Share" or "Distribute" from the menu to open the sharing panel with links, embeds, and bulk options.

  3. Generate a direct share link — Click "Copy Link" to get the course URL; learners can access it directly or enroll/sign up upon clicking.

  4. Create trackable share links — Choose "Generate UTM Link," add campaign parameters (e.g., source, medium), and create multiple links for different audiences; track clicks and conversions in Analytics.

  5. Get embed code — Select "Embed Code," customize size, theme, and appearance, then copy the iframe code to paste on websites, intranets, or LMS platforms.

  6. Set up bulk distribution — Go to "Bulk Share" or "Cohorts," upload email lists or select groups, configure email sequences, and send invitations to multiple learners at once.

  7. Monitor sharing performance — Visit the Analytics dashboard to view link clicks, enrollments, completions, and engagement metrics for all shared courses.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use UTM parameters for campaign-specific tracking to measure ROI on different distribution channels.

  • Customize embed appearances to match your brand for seamless integration on external sites.

  • Combine direct links with email sequences for higher open rates in bulk campaigns.

  • Test embeds in preview mode before publishing to ensure responsive display across devices.

  • Enable multi-language options in course settings for global team sharing.

Troubleshooting

Link not tracking clicks in Analytics

Verify UTM parameters are correctly added and wait 5-10 minutes for data sync; refresh the dashboard.

Embed code not displaying properly

Check iframe allowances on the host site and adjust width/height settings; use responsive embed options.

Bulk emails bouncing or not delivering

Validate email lists for accuracy and comply with domain spam limits; segment lists under 500 recipients per send.

Learners can't access shared course

Confirm course is published (not draft) and sharing permissions allow public or enrolled access.
