From your Skill Studio AI dashboard, click Create Training to start building a new course. This opens the course setup flow.

Step 2: Choose to Build from Files

Select the option to Create from document(s) (for example, “Create from any 3 files”) to upload the materials you already have. Skill Studio AI can work with:

  • PowerPoint decks

  • PDFs

  • Word documents

  • Other common training formats

Step 3: Start Fresh

If prompted, choose Start Fresh to build a brand‑new course instead of reusing a previous draft. This ensures that the AI tailors everything to your current documents and goals.

Step 4: Upload Your Training Documents

Click the upload area to browse and select your files, or drag and drop them directly into the window. Skill Studio AI will analyze:

  • Headings and section structure

Click Continue to confirm your selected outcomes, then Continue again to finalize all core settings before generation. This double confirmation ensures that the AI uses the correct structure, audience, and goals.

Click Generate Course to let Skill Studio AI transform your documents into a complete training program. Within a minute or two, you’ll typically see:

  • A course outline with modules and lessons

  • Lesson content derived from your original documents

You can then review, edit, and publish.
