Controlling Course Access
Private, Shared, and Public options
Set course visibility to control who can access your training content. Choose from Private (enrolled only), Shared (anyone with link), or Public (discoverable by all).
Configuration
Visibility Levels
Private courses require explicit enrollment. Shared courses are accessible via direct link but not listed publicly. Public courses appear in search and open enrollment.
Setting Visibility
Open course settings and navigate to the Visibility tab. Select your preferred visibility level. Changes take effect immediately.
Shared Link Access
For Shared courses, copy the course link and distribute. Recipients can view without logging in or optionally capture their email before access.
Public Course SEO
Public courses can include meta descriptions and keywords for search engine optimization. Configure in course settings.
