Workspaces in Skill Studio AI are organization-based containers that group all your courses, team members, and settings. Each organization has one primary workspace that all team members share.
Workspace Features
Organization Isolation
Your workspace is isolated from other organizations. Only users from your email domain (or explicitly invited) can access your content. This ensures data security and privacy.
Folder Organization
Create folders within your workspace to organize courses by topic, department, or training program. Drag and drop courses between folders for easy organization.
Shared Resources
All team members in your organization share the same courses, learner data, and analytics. Changes made by one instructor are visible to all.

Access workspace settings from the admin sidebar to configure folder structure, manage images, and organize your content library.
