Course Publishing
Control course availability
Courses start as drafts (inactive). Publish a course to make it available to learners. From the course editor, click "Publish" or toggle the Active status.
Visibility Options
Unpublishing
Unpublish a course to hide it from learners while you make updates. Learner progress is preserved. Republish when updates are complete.
Access Control
Set course visibility: Private (only enrolled learners), Shared (anyone with link), or Public (discoverable by all).
Enrollment Rules
Configure auto-enrollment for new organization members. Require manual enrollment for controlled access.
Version Control
Course changes are saved automatically. Unpublishing allows you to make significant updates without affecting active learners.
