Start with proven structures
Templates provide pre-built course structures for common training scenarios. Access templates from the Library page → Templates tab or when creating a new course.
Using Templates
Template Categories
Browse templates by category: Onboarding, Compliance, Sales Training, Product Knowledge, Soft Skills, and more. Each template includes screen layouts and content placeholders.
Selecting a Template
Preview templates before selecting. Click "Use Template" to create a new course based on the selected structure. All placeholder content is editable.
Customization
Replace placeholder text with your content. Add, remove, or reorder screens. Upload your own images and videos. Templates are starting points, not limitations.
Saving Templates
Create your own templates from existing courses using "Save as Template" to reuse structures across your organization.
