How to Manage Cohorts in Skill Studio AI

This guide helps you create and manage learner cohorts to deliver targeted, coordinated training programs using Skill Studio AI. Use it when onboarding groups, running compliance training, or upskilling teams across geographies.

Before You Start

• A Skill Studio AI account with admin access.

• Existing learners added to your platform user list.

• Training courses, policies, or modules created from your PDFs, PowerPoints, or SOPs.

• Optional: CSV file with learner emails or IDs for bulk import.

• Access to Settings menu in the admin dashboard.

Steps

1. Navigate to Cohorts section — Go to Settings → Cohorts in the admin dashboard to access the cohort management interface.
